Kim Dyer: Flair
About a month a go I helped out my friend Kim with her Flair shoot ... She worked her ass off styling for this shoot and it came out great .. I am so proud of her and I am going to miss her so much this summer she will be new grad. but great things are coming her way so although she will not be around I know she will be doing big things ... Kim will be interning for Vogue this summer and back to school for grad school in the UK for the fall. She is mos def one of the DOPEST people I know. Love you hun.

Aprril or Die
April is shaping up to be a crazy month ahead and I must say I am crazy fucking excited... I haven't been able to go to a lot of shows this year I think the last show my friends and I check out was Cudi which means is time to get back on top of things ... which is the reason whhy I am sooo excited about April everyone seems to be coming to Toronto as well is my last month in Toronto until August and although some of the tickets are SOLD OUT (kind of sad about that) I am willing to stand outside on the day of the show and try to get tickets .. my friend Karim and I have been putting together a list and trying to pick up tickets but it is starting to feel like we never have enough time in the world to go and get the tickets but we will some time very soon (i hope) ... so far here is the list

In the interest of pushing the boundary between fashion and representation, designer Kat Marks (katmarks.com) engineered a team to produce this film, the Granfalloon. The Granfalloon represents a strong creative collaboration between videographer Paul Bates, Ukrainian make up artist Julia Wilson (juliawilsonmakeup.com), Japanese hair stylist Shinya Fukami (shinyafukami.info/), London based stylist Kalina Pulit, Canadian sound designer Goran Boskovic and fashion designer Kat Marks. The essence of the Granfalloon is one that depicts fashion as a moving image, transforming traditional methods of fashion depiction from photography into film. The Granfalloon embodies ‘emergence’; the films concept that dictates a change in character and the creation of dialogue between what is seen and unseen.
